TagTodolist (Mobile App) is a Mobile App/Web App created by Simple Enable (SimplEnable).This Privacy Policy describes how your information is collected, used and shared when you use the Mobile App and services.The Mobile App is provided by SimplEnable and is governed by this Privacy Policy and the End User License Agreement (EULA).

1. What kinds of information is collected?
   SimplEnable will collect the following kinds of information when you or other users access the Mobile App:

   • Tags you created in the Mobile App and associated information

   • Tasks you created in the Mobile App and associated information

   • Your Feedback

   • Email address when you are registering for new account

   • App Version

   • Log Data

   • Cookies

2. The app does use third party services (Such as Firebase, Google Analytics, Ad mob) that may collect information used to identify you and :

   • To facilitate our Service;

   • To provide the Service on our behalf;

   • To perform Service-related services; or

   • To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

3. You agree that those third parties may have access to your Personal Information.

4. How does SimplEnable use this information? SimplEnable use your information to:

   • Identify it’s you when you use the Mobile App;

   • Respond to your questions or comments;

   • Share the summary of the tags and tasks data to other users;

   • Share the tags and tasks data, single record or in aggregate, to third parties with or without charging a fee for commercial or research use;

   • Use the tags and tasks to train AI models

   • Work with law enforcement and keep Mobile App safe. We may get requests for account information from law enforcement authorities like the police or courts.

   • Conduct analytics and research on who is using the Mobile App and what they are doing;

   • Improve the Mobile App and offer new features;

   • Decide which ads to show you

   • Please consider the tags as publicly available info as we may recommend tags based on the task to our users. For example, you added a task Milk with a tag Shopping. We may recommend Shopping as a tag when other users add the task milk, Chocolate Milk etc.

5. Disclosure of information
   SimplEnable discloses the information collected in the following ways:

   • Share the summary of the tags and tasks data to other users;

   • Share the tags and tasks data, single record or in aggregate, to third parties with or without charging a fee for commercial or research use;

   • to third-party service providers that assist in providing the Service or part of the Service;

   • in connection with a substantial corporate transaction, such as the transfer of the Service, a merger, consolidation, asset sale or in the unlikely event of bankruptcy or insolvency;

   • to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues; and

   • in connection with a subpoena, warrant, discovery order or other request or order from a law enforcement agency.

6. Accessing and modifying your information

You may access or delete information that you have uploaded using the tools within the Mobile App (for example, deleting the tasks in the task screen). If you are not able to do so using the tools provided in the Mobile App, you should contact us to access or modify your information.

5. Third-party links and content

The Service may contain links to content maintained by third parties that SimplEnable does not control. You should review the privacy policies of each website/App/Service that you visit or use.

6. Transferring the information

The Mobile App is a worldwide service. By using our products or services, you authorize us to transfer and store your information outside your home country, including in the United States, for the purposes described in this policy. The privacy protections and the rights of authorities to access your personal information in such countries may not be equivalent to those of your home country.

7. Security

We value your trust in providing us your Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security. IN NO EVENT (INCLUDING DATA BREACH EVENT) SHALL THE SimplEnable OR ITS EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS OR AGENTS BE LIABLE, WHETHER BY WAY OF ANY SUIT OR ACTION OR OTHER, FOR ANY LOSS, LIABILITY, DAMAGE OR COST WHICH YOU MAY SUFFER OR INCUR AT ANY TIME, BY REASON OF YOUR POSSESSION OR USE OF THE MOBILE APP OR ARISING OUT OF THE EXERCISE OF YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.

8. Account Closure

If you would like to stop using the Service, you should contact us by email. It typically takes about 90 days to delete an account after account closure, but some information may remain in backup copies for a reasonable period of time. Please note that content you create and share on the Mobile App is owned by SimplEnable and may remain on our database and be accessible even if your account is deactivated or terminated.

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may change this policy from time to time. If you continue to use the Mobile App after those changes are in effect, you agree to the new policy.
