FAQ

1. How to add activities?
   Method 1: [Recommended for repeating activities] Long press existing activities to duplicate it to today, without copying pictures.
   Method 2: Tap the “+” button on the bottom right corner to create a completely new activity
   Method 3: In the Activity page(default page), tap on the date in the calendar to add new activity to that day

2. How to add partners/positions/places/tags?
   Method 1: [Recommended] When adding new activities, in the activity editing screen, type in the input field, and then press “Add Partner/Position/Place/Tag” button in the drop down list.
   Method 2: In the Partner/Place/Position/Tag list screen, tap the “+” button in the bottom right corner.

3. How to add/edit details and photos of the partners?
   Tap the partner tag in the activity list screen or tap the partner tile in the partner list screen to go to partner page. Click the “Edit” button on the right top corner to enter the editing page. Add details. Scroll down and find the add photo button.

4. How to view the statistics filtered by a certain partner/position/place/tag?
   Method 1: [Recommended] Tap the partner/position/place/tag in the activity list tile.
   Method 2: Go to the partner/position/place/tag list screen, tap on the tile.

5. How to update activities?
   Tap the activity tile. Avoid tapping on the photo.

6. How to delete photos?
   In the editing screen, long press the picture. Or,  in the album screen, tap the photo and then tap the delete button on the screen.

7. How to delete activities?
   Method 1: [Recommended for a few activities] In the activity list screen, swipe left or right, and confirm the pop up.
   Method 2: [Recommended for activities with certain partner, position, place, or tags] In the activity list screen, find that partner/position/place/tag, tap on it, and go to the statistic page for it. Then scroll down to find the button to delete all the activities with it, which is located right above the activity list.

8. How to delete partner/positions/places/tags?
   Go to the partner/position/place/tag list page by tapping the bottom navigation bar (partner, or more-position/place/tag), then swipe left or right to delete it. Please note there are two options to deal with the activities with this partner/position/place/tag, choose the appropriate options in the pop-up window.

9. How to enter the real app from the disguise screen?

   • Long Press the submit button, or

   • Enter your password and press or long press the submit button.

10. What happens to customized tracking values when I lose Pro access?
    The customized values will not be deleted. But you can not may changes to new or exisiting customzied value until you get pro access again.

11. How to edit or delete customized tracking values?
    Go to More->Settings->Customize Statistics Screen, there is a toggle button to show/hide it from the stats page, a edit button to change the color and icon, and a delete button to delete it completely from every activity. 

12. How to cancel subscription?
    How to cancel a subscription on your iPhone or iPad:

    • Open the Settings app

    • Tap your name

    • Tap Subscriptions

    • Tap the subscription. 

    • Tap Cancel Subscription. 

    • You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.

How to cancel on Android:

• Important: When you uninstall the app, your subscription won't cancel. 

• On your Android device, go to your subscriptions in Google Play. 

• Select the subscription you want to cancel. 

• Tap Cancel subscription. Follow the instructions. 

• Tip: If you have a subscription with an app and the app gets removed from Google Play, your future subscription will be canceled. Your past subscriptions can’t be refunded, with some exceptions as specified in this article or in Google Play’s refund policies.
