This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information when you use AIChatHub (the “App”). By using the App, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Chat Information
IMPORTANT: Any information you voluntarily provide during your chat session – All the information in the chat session (including your prompt and the response from AI) becomes assets of us, and we have the right but not the obligation to share such information to other users. Please treat the chat session as public sessions and do not share any personal information or sensitive information.

We may collect personal information that you provide to us through the App. This may include, but is not limited to:

Your email address
Your IP address
Non-Personal Information
We may also collect non-personal information when you use the App, such as your device type, operating system, and Internet Protocol (IP) address. This information is used to improve the App and to diagnose technical problems.

ChatGPT API
The App uses ChatGPT API to provide AI chat services. By using the App, you acknowledge that your chat information will be transmitted to and processed by OpenAI, and that OpenAI will be able to use such information in accordance with its own privacy policy.
Google AdMob
The App uses Google AdMob to provide advertisements. By using the App, you acknowledge that your information will be transmitted to and processed by Google in accordance with its own privacy policy.
Google Firebase Firestore
The App uses Google Firebase Firestore to store and access the chat posts. By using the App, you acknowledge that your information will be transmitted to and processed by Google in accordance with its own privacy policy.
Security
We make reasonable efforts to follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information we collect and use. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child under 13 may have provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by posting a message on the App. Your continued use of the App following the posting of the revised Privacy Policy will mean that you accept the changes.

Governing Law
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario Canada. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Privacy Policy shall be resolved exclusively by the courts located in Ontario Canada.
Entire Agreement
This Privacy Policy, together with the User Agreement, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Company with respect to the use of the App.
Acceptance of Policy
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy and agree to the collection, use, disclosure, and retention of your personal information as set forth in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.
